CAMRA HQ, 230 Hatfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire
When The Campaign for Real Ale relocated to Luton, their long standing offices in the heart of St Albans became surplus to requirements. CPG secured the opportunity to redevelop the site with an ambitious residential scheme of new build apartments.
The site presented many planning challenges with design, parking, sunlight and overall density all matters for scrutiny. After encouraging pre-application consultation, a full application for 11 apartments was submitted. Watch this space !
