Company Acquisition – Loughborough Properties Ltd

In Summer 2024, we acquired a 27 property assets portfolio, by way of the100% share purchase of Loughborough Properties Ltd.

This included 2 unbroken freeholds in Coldharbour Lane, London SW9, comprising 19 flats fully let on AST agreements.

Also acquired within the portfolio was a mixed use building in Croydon and freeholds in Balham & Streatham.

A complicated transaction, made possible by excellent work from all involved, not least our legal team at Solomon Taylor & Shaw, and accountants Redford & Co.
