Hampstead Garden Flat Transformation

Acquired way back in 2018, followed by a  lengthy planning and licence to alter process, not to mention a challenging build, we finally launched our luxury garden apartment for sale in May 2020.  Transforming a 750 sq ft 1 bedroom ‘shell’  into a stunning 1100 sq ft, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom garden flat. Despite the ongoing health crisis, we secured a buyer after a short and successful marketing campaign through local agents.

A project that combined patient negotiations, a wide range of professional input from lawyers, surveyors and architects, not to mention a skilled and dedicated building contractor. A real team effort.
