There is 6 unit building Kingsgate Road, NW6, 3 flats in Kingsley Court NW2, a Mansion flat in NW6 along with ground floor maisonette in NW10. A flat let on a regulated tenancy, in Streatham is also included in the portfolio.

All the assets we’re acquired since 2010, as medium to long term investments. Many of the residential units were bought with short leases, all of which were extended within the relevant Landlord & Tenant Act.
